Information for all Optima Technology Solutions Pty Limited (In Liquidation)("OTS") Customers and Resellers

In order to facilitate future warranty repairs OTS has entered into a Service Agreement with Impact Systems Technology Pty Ltd ("Impact Systems")

This Agreement will provide a reasonable solution to all OTS PC customers who currently hold valid warranty cover. Impact Systems is equipped with all the Optima warranty stock to conduct repairs and in the majority of cases clients will not be charged for warrantable parts. We also hope that OTS retailers/resellers will refer any customers with warranty claims to Impact Systems so that their warranty claims are serviced in the most cost effective manner.

Given OTS's current financial position all warranty and/or repair work must be conducted on a labour fee basis. Impact Systems has agreed to conduct warranty repair work for Optima products at discounted labour costs of $69 per hour plus GST plus small charges for shipping. Impact believes that the majority of repair work will be completed in under one hour. All parts have been guaranteed by Impact Systems to be sold at no cost or below cost and the expected turnaround for the return of OTS PC products is in the vicinity of 2-4 business days

This agreement will allow customers to have OTS PC stock repaired as economically as possible and will minimise claims in the Liquidation for warranty and repair work. All parts stock Will also be available for individual sale.

Customers requiring warranty and / or repair work will be able to lodge their requests shortly. An on line facility will be established, providing OTS customers and resellers with the ability to log on 24/7 and put through a warranty / service request. Links to this portal will be found within both company websites
